About JULUKA Fitness

JULUKA Fitness is a health and fitness community that was created by Garth Wakeford. Drawing upon lessons learned from his military experience and professional rugby career, Garth has designed a unique outdoor high intensity interval training (HIIT) class like nothing you’ve ever experienced before. When you challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone, you’ll be propelled toward new levels of fitness you may never have dreamed were possible.

JULUKA Fitness also offers a variety of other outdoor activities including paddleboarding and trail walks/runs. No matter which activity you choose, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive class environment where everyone works together, teamwork is essential, and camaraderie is created. Both physical and mental development are nourished and encouraged to thrive through health and fitness activities that bring out your inner warrior.
